PRIVACY POLICY


Norvian Atlas Privacy Policy Ver.1.0


Norvian operates Norvian Atlas as a public website for Norvian artwork,
collections, editorial content, and official brand information.


This Privacy Policy describes the current confirmed data-handling
practices relevant to Norvian Atlas and Norvian's authorized use of
Cloudflare Web Analytics and the Pinterest API.




1. CLOUDFARE WEB ANALYTICS


Norvian Atlas uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to observe the performance
of public pages on Norvian Atlas.


Cloudflare Web Analytics is implemented through Cloudflare Pages
Automatic Analytics Injection.


Norvian may use analytics information including Page Views, Visits,
Path, and Referer as performance observation evidence.


Analytics results are reviewed through Cloudflare's management
environment.


Norvian does not display Page View or Visit counts publicly on
Norvian Atlas.


Analytics information is not treated as the source of truth for
Norvian artwork data, operational data, or Atlas public content.




2. PINTEREST READ-ONLY VERIFICATION


Norvian may use Pinterest's official API for authorized read-only
verification related to Pinterest publishing.


Pinterest API access is limited to the minimum read-only permissions
needed for the relevant verification purpose.


The Pinterest API integration described in this Privacy Policy is not
used to create, update, delete, or otherwise modify Pins or other
Pinterest content.


Pinterest publishing is separate from this read-only API verification
process.




3. PINTEREST DATA PROCESSING


Pinterest API responses and Pinterest Pin or Board metadata are
processed only transiently for the specific request or verification
operation in which they are required.


Depending on the verification operation and the information returned
by Pinterest, transiently processed information may include:


- Pin identifiers;
- Pin-specific timestamps, including created_at where provided;
- Pin titles;
- Pin descriptions;
- destination information;
- media metadata;
- Board metadata;
- public Pin URLs where obtained;
- raw API response data; and
- other read-only Pinterest metadata necessary for the authorized
  verification operation.


This Pinterest-derived information is used only within the current
verification operation and is not retained by Norvian as persistent
Pinterest data.




4. PINTEREST DATA NON-PERSISTENCE


Norvian does not persist Pinterest-derived Pin or Board data obtained
for the read-only verification process described above.


Pinterest-derived information is not persistently stored in:


- Norvian Publisher systems;
- the Norvian Management System (NMS);
- logs;
- caches;
- databases;
- files;
- durable pending events; or
- other Norvian persistent storage.


This non-persistence boundary includes Pinterest-derived:


- Pin identifiers;
- created_at and other Pin-specific publication timestamps;
- titles;
- descriptions;
- destination information;
- media metadata;
- Board metadata;
- actual Pin URLs;
- raw API responses; and
- API response caches.


Norvian does not create separate persistent records from Pinterest
Data on the assumption that information derived from Pinterest Data
may be retained.




5. PINTEREST AUTHENTICATION INFORMATION


Pinterest authentication credentials and tokens are handled separately
from Pinterest Pin and Board metadata under Norvian's current security
controls.


Credentials and tokens are used only as necessary for authorized
Pinterest API access and are not treated as permission to persist
Pinterest-derived Pin or Board data.




6. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND MACHINE LEARNING


Norvian does not use Pinterest Materials accessed through this
Pinterest integration to train, fine-tune, or develop artificial
intelligence or machine-learning models.
